Payment

Preferred payment method is via paypall, as it is the safest method for both seller and buyer.

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase date. If the full payment is not received within that time period and you have not already contacted me to arrange for a longer wait time then the transaction will be canceled and merchandise will be relisted. PLEASE contact me if you need more time to send a payment!! Just communicate with me and we can work something out.

Shipping

Shipping charges are dependent upon the final weight of the products. Beginning flat rate for all ACCESSORY orders is $6.50, price will increase depending upon weight of the final order. My Prices are priority flat rate corresponding to USPS prices. USPS priority flat rate shipping is 3-5 business days once the item has shipped. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you know where your purchases are after they have shipped. Once they leave my hands, I am no longer responsible for the item. Insurance can be purchased for your items for an additional charge. Unless insurance is purchased, we are not responsible for any occurrences that may happen. However, I understand that things do happen. Things go missing, I will do what I can to make sure that everything goes right for you and your orders :)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days of receipt as long as items have been unused, are resellable and returned in original packaging. Please notify me within the 7 days if you will be shipping the item back (also let me know the reason why item is being returned). Refund will be given once I have received the item.

 

Refunds will be provided for items due to the following:

-Damaged during shipment (if a replacement is not wanted)

Refunds may be available for an item. If you have any problems PLEASE contact me (within first 7 days of receiving item) and we can work something out. Items damaged during shipping may be returned for a replacement or refund. Refund will be given once the item has been returned. Lost in shipping/ not received items, buyer may choose between canceling the purchase, or having a replacement sent. (Please keep in mind that Items will be shipped in a way so that tracking is available to both the seller and the buyer.)

 

PLEASE NOTE:-All refunds will be minus shipping costs.-Buyer will not need to pay for the shipping costs of a replacement item, only shipping of the original item (and return shipping of original item).

 

Additional Policies

CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

All custom and made to order items will be completed in the order in which they are received.

 

Payment- On custom orders and items made to order payment must be received before the item can start being made, as part of your payment pays for the materials to make the item.

 

Shipping- Custom order or made to order purchases, the item will be shipped upon completion. Buyer will be updated regularly as to the status of their item during the creation stage, and also upon completion of the item and once the item has been shipped. (Please be aware that some items will take time to create and may take between 6-8 weeks to complete).

 

Refunds- My apologies, but due to the nature of custom made items refunds are not available. If the item has been damaged during shipping, please return the item in the condition you received it in, include original packing if possible, and a replacement item will be sent (please keep in mind it will take time to remake the item).
